For most first-time, non-corporate clients Manza Editorial requires a 50% retainer to reserve time on our calendar. Project balance is due before delivery. Projects totaling less than $300, review projects, and rush jobs require full payment in advance. Corporate clients or clients affiliated with a research institution may wish to open an account. In all cases we will work out payment specifics before beginning.
Depending on your timeline, a number of payment options are possible. The least expensive option is a cashier's check or equivalent sent by regular mail. Unfortunately, we cannot accept personal checks from new clients; later, we can talk.
Though we do not accept credit cards directly, PayPal.com processes secure and verifiable credit card payments. There is no charge to create an account; we add 3% to your final project total to cover part of the transaction fee.
Western Union or direct bank transfer is also fine, but the charge for these services can be high. Using PayPal is faster, easier, and costs less.
Aftter you decide which method is right for you, we can provide whatever additional information you need to remit payment.
